On Petition for Rehearing. Since the unfair labor practices found by the Board to exist related only to the employees in the busheling rooms and not to the other employees in the store of respondent paragraph 1(b) of the order of the National Labor Relations Board is too broad. This paragraph will be, and is by the Court hereby, modified to read as follows: ""(b) In any other manner interfering with, restraining, or coercing its employees who are referred to in paragraph 1(a) in the exercise of their right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in concerted activities, for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, as guaranteed in Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act."" And as so modified the order of the Board will be enforced.
