Per Curiam: This is a petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order directing Nelson Manufacturing Company, respondent, to cease and desist from committing certain unfair labor practices, to reinstate one employee and pay him and 9 other employees for any loss of earnings suffered as a result of discrimination against them, to bargain collectively with the International Union, Allied Industrial Workers of America, AFL-CIO, and post the customary notices, pursuant to its finding respondent guilty of violations of Sections 8(a)(1), (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 29 U.S.C. ? 158(a)(1), (3) and (5).
